Step 1: Change the Oils

Every tractor service begins with oil changes - the lifeblood of your machine.

Engine oil & filter: Keeps internal components cool and protected.
Hydraulic oil: Powers loaders, lifts, and steering.
Fuel filters: Catch contaminants before they reach the injection system.
Injection pump oil: Protects precision components on some models.

Step 2: Clean or Replace Filters

Clean air keeps engines breathing freely and hydraulics running smoothly.

Air filter: Clean or replace depending on model and environment.
Inline fuel filter: Remove debris and water droplets from diesel.
Hydraulic filter: Maintain consistent lift and steering performance.

Step 3: Check Levels and Top Up

Before closing the bonnet, check:

Coolant: Correct colour and antifreeze strength.
Front axle & gearbox: Maintain correct oil levels.
Power steering oil: Ensures smooth control.

Step 4: Grease and Tighten

Apply grease to all points and moving joints, loader pins, linkage points, and pedals - then check every nut and bolt for tightness. This prevents vibration wear and keeps the machine solid for years.
