7) How long we keep your data

Enquiries & quotes: normally 2 years from last contact.

Orders, warranty & service records: product lifespan + 7 years (for tax/accounting and product safety).
Minimal suppression data may be kept to honour opt-outs or legal requirements.

We apply technical and organisational measures, including encrypted transport, access controls, staff training, and vendor due diligence. If a personal-data breach risks your rights and freedoms, we will assess and, where required, notify you and the ICO.

9) Your rights (UK GDPR)
You can access, correct, delete (in certain cases), restrict or object to processing, and request data portability where applicable. If we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time (noting we don’t currently use consent-based marketing).
