Siromer at the Great Yorkshire Show: Built for the Job, Backed by Real People
Here at Siromer we do what we love and love what we do. We design and make machinery we truly believe in and stand behind. Because of this, The Great Yorkshire Show is always a special time of year for us, as it is our opportunity to show everything we have been working so hard to create. And this year was no different. The Great Yorkshire Show 2025 was a powerful reminder that practical, no-nonsense machinery still matters.
In a world of with rapidly developing technology, AI advancements, and where it can sometimes feel like you need an account and password to do just about anything, here at Siromer we remain proudly no-fuss.
The Siromer stand saw a steady stream of smallholders, lifestyle landowners, and working contractors — all drawn to the upgraded MK50 and the rugged simplicity of the 304. Whether they came to check the loader spec or get a feel for the build quality, one thing stood out: these were people who value gear that works hard, without the added fluff.
The entire start of Siromer as a brand*, in fact, was built on the basis of practicality and with an innate focus to get the job done. Our name is a prime example of this. The business needed to start trading, and sharpish. 'Siromer' was not picked after extensive market research, or based on trends at the time, but simply because the name was available.
No need for fuss, just function.

And like our name, our business is built for purpose.
We don’t focus on the shiny and the flashy, but instead we invest in the rugged, the reliable and the trustworthy. We build our products for real people like you and me. As smallholder owners ourselves, we understand the importance of having a reliable and powerful machine that works, day in, day out, no matter what the job.
Whilst tech add-ons and fancy aesthetics are without doubt appealing, novelty slowly fades and additional features comes added complications when things inevitably go wrong with machinery. But what Siromer choses to focus on creating are simple, focused, and reliable machines that will stand the test of time. We’ve cut the fat and are proudly all killer, no filler.
New Innovations
We know that without our customers, we would not be here. And because of this we make products to suit your life and your needs, not the other way around.
Because of this, all of our product innovations are based on our customer feedback. We understand that the people who understand our products the most are those who use them day in, day out. You understand best where the joystick should go, how the display should look, and what features are, or are not, needed.
Simply put, you want it, we make it.
And speaking of innovations, something that made The Great Yorkshire Show particularily special this year was the buzz and positive feedback around 2 of our newest innovations.
The MK50 turned heads with its new angular bonnet, upgraded cab, and 360° camera system — not for the bells and whistles, but for the toughness behind every detail. Waterproof wiring, gas struts, stainless joints — all the things that say, this is made to work, not just look good.
And let’s not forget our best-selling Siromer 304 that remains a crowd pleaser with its new improved seating and display, LED headlights and upgraded linkages and hydraulics. The 304 is one of our most popular tractors for a reason. It works well, and more importantly, it works hard. This rocket pocket will be one of your most powerful tools. Not bad for a compact tractor!
Products made from experience.
Louise and Orion, who use the tractors themselves, were on hand to share what it’s like topping rough fields, managing allotments and muckheaps, hauling loads — no sales pitch, just real-life experience.
Something that makes Siromer really special, is that in essence, we are our own customers. These are products we use and love. We’ve made our products based on our own real experience in our smallholding and this is not something we ever plan on changing. We know that any challenges we face in our smallholding, are likely happening to you too. In essence, we get to 'test-drive' the products every single day, and because of this, we can say with conviction that we know that our products are fit for purpose,
At Siromer, we are not a massive faceless conglomerate. We are a small family-run business who has purposely kept the business compact to remain true to our values and our mission: to provide affordable and great quality products to all.
When you ring the phone a member of the family will answer. We give friendly and impartial advice based on what we know works.
Products that stand the test of time.
And because we know first hand how fantastic our products are, we love the show, as it gives us an opportunity to show off how good the products really are in up close. Whilst it is easy to look good on the internet, or in photos, in person there is nowhere to hide.
And this is where the Siromer shines.
We know, when push comes to shove, we can put our money where our mouth is, because we know there is no filler, no skeletons in the closet, just affordable, good quality, reliable machinery.
We also heard a lot of “I didn’t realise Siromer tractors were this good” during the festival, and though it may sounds strange, this is actually something that we love to hear!
We know that Siromer machinery stands up to scrutiny, because at the end of the day, the tractors are just simply good. Our tractors are not built on expensive marketing, the latest gimmicks or flashy sales pitches. Our tractors are simple products made great.
No fluff. Just hard work.
