2025: A Siromer Year in Review

2024 marked Siromer’s 25th business anniversary, and to be honest, we didn’t think we could top it as a year. Not only did it mark such a landmark achievement for our family business, but it also was a real highlight professionally and socially.

However, at Siromer, we are never afraid to admit when we’ve been wrong. And 2025 has certainly been such an occasion...

As Christmas rolls in, and this year draws to a close, it’s been particularly lovely to look back and have a think about what has made 2025 such a special year for the family.

Revamps across the board

Firstly, this year we were really proud to announce the relaunch of two of our most popular products; The Siromer 304 and The Siromer MK504. The changes implemented have been a while in the making, and to see the culminations of all this hard work in the new versions of these two tractors has been great.

Whilst it can be said that ‘the enemy of good is perfection’, at Siromer we never stop striving to make the absolute best machinery we can. For example, our 304 is our best-selling product for a reason. It’s hardy, it’s compact, it’s affordable, and it works damn hard.

All in all, it’s a fantastic product.

However, why stop at great when you can aim for extraordinary?

Here at Siromer we take our customer feedback seriously. We understand that our daily users understand the machinery like the back of their hand, and that their feedback is worth its weight in gold.

Because of this, when we receive feedback, we take this on and make changes. We understand that at the end of the day, our best-case scenario is not fame or fortune, but one where our end-user has the best experience using Siromer machinery.

So, what is exactly has changed with the revamp of the Siromer 304 and MK504?

Starting with the 304, the most obvious changes is in its appearance. Whilst appearances are only skin deep, we can’t pretend that she doesn’t look beautiful with her new makeover where we’ve updated the bonnet to give the 304 a much sleeker, cleaner and modern look.

But it doesn’t stop there!

We’ve also improved usability with better cab access, visibility, and control layout all refined for your comfort and ease. We’ve also moved to all LED lighting for a safer, longer-lasting, and clearer driving at dawn/dusk.

And the MK504 has had a pretty big transformation of its own! With it’s new style bonnet, stabilus gas struts, strobe lights and high-mounted brake light, an upgraded cab with A/C, heater, and new interior trim, quick-attach rear linkage + 3-way hydraulic valve, a new loader with Dacroment bolts and stainless-steel joints, an electrophoretic corrosion-resistant coating and waterproof wiring harnesses it’s fair to say she’s had a bit of an upgrade.

And that is not even mentioning the best part!

We’ve also implemented a smart system with a 360° camera and multifunction display to help you use data to improve your farming yield.

Because after all, just because we keep it simple and functional, does not mean we don’t bring innovative technology to the table!

It’s Show Time

And of course, we would be remiss not to mention the many wonderful shows we have been able to attend this year.

Starting with The Young Farmers Show in Essex, it was great not only to get to meet so many familiar faces but being able to see young farming talent. Louise herself has a young son who is following in the family business, so it was inspirational to see so many other young people interested in sustaining British farming within the country.

And ending the year with The Great Yorkshire Show is always an absolute highlight in our calendar. This 3-day extravaganza is such an enjoyable experience for us as we get to see everything new in the tractor world, we get to show all our hard work off, and mostly importantly, we get to talk kit with passionate smallholders. It was wonderful to see so many new and old faces this year, and we hope you love your new bits of equipment as much as we do!

In For The Win

It is with great pride that we get to say that we also won the ‘Yorkshire Agricultural Equipment Suppliers of 2025/2026’. As smallholders ourselves, we know the importance of kit that is not only affordable, hardworking, but also reliable. We say with 100% pride, that all of the tractors and equipment that we use on our own land is Siromer. We love and use our kit because it works.

No frills, no faff, just hard work.

Because of this, winning this award is such a sweet moment for us. We work hard to bring great quality simple equipment to smallholders around the country, so to be recognized in this field is such an achievement and we would like to say a massive thank you.

Merry Woof-mas

And last, but definitely not least in our yearly updates, on a personal note the Siromer family has recently adopted the lovely rescue dog Quinn. Quinn is a real character, has a big appetite for chicken and loves playing catch (as the many destroyed tennis balls around the garden can attest).

The next time you pop into the office make sure to wave a hello to him!

And so there we have it, a year cut down into 2 pages! Whilst we can mention the shows, our the innovations and the awards, what cannot be mentioned in such specifics are the smiles you have all brought to our faces, the stories we have heard and the people we have met.

In the words of Managing Director Louise "People don't just buy a tractor from us" says Louise, "They join a community." And so as a proudly family run business for the past 26 years, we would like to take the time to say welcome to the Siromer family.
