Admin assistant
Full Time: Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team at Siromer Tractors.
In this role, you will help with daily duties in a busy office, providing support to our sales, service, and management teams, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
General Office Management:Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
Greet and assist visitors to the office.
Administrative Support:Prepare and format documents (letters, reports, presentations).
Assist with data entry, maintaining customer databases, order processing and invoicing.Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
